2. Another book that offers a different but equally effective approach is Steve Manning's How To Write A Book Fast (In 14 Days Or Less). This 156-page manual will show you how to get a book published offline as well as online, with tips on how to get an agent and publisher. The principles apply for any written product, and are so simple you can start using them immediately.
3. If you've made up your mind you never want to learn this stuff, outsourcing is the way to go. You can hire a freelance writer who actually loves writing (yes, it takes all kinds) and they'll create an ebook to your specifications.
You'll need to do a little research first so you're clear on what you want. Then be sure you give them straightforward instructions and set up a payment installment plan.
